Ok, I've started this section on June 14, 2004, and again, I'll need your help to increase how useful it is. Whenever you book a show, you want to promote it. Locally that means flyers, reviews in your hometown paper, hopefully reviews in some big papers, word of mouth of course, handing out CDs, and getting your CD reviewed in either a college newspaper or a regional music paper. Check out www.CityBeat.com for an example of what I mean by "music paper" and "music media." Well, that's a good place to start the list:
I've been adding tons of college newspapers to this listed in March and April of 2006. By the end of May, I expect to have about 300 college and music papers listed, and maybe even more than that.
