They want a lot of information before actually dealing with you. From what I gathered talking to Shannon, they deal only with independent labels who really know what they are doing. They want business plans, marketing plans, background information on the company, background information on the artist, a copy of the CD, and probably just about anything else you have. If you are to the point where you are dealing with Navarre, then you are already probably pretty successful.
