NEMO, Boston, submission deadline June 10th, 2004, www.nemoboston.com for more information, just registered myself using sonicbids on June 9th, 2004.  There's no way I would have made the deadline without sonicbids, and once my EPK was created, I didn't have to put together a press kit and mail it off like I used to.

June 18th, 2004 deadline (postmark date)

The music industry conference, Birmingham, AL, event takes place October 15th-17th, www.the-mic.com for more info, including downloading the submission form.

June 25th, 2004 deadline

Midwest Music Summit - takes place in Indianapolis from August 12-14, 2004, as of time of this posting, there's still two weeks to get your music in.  The deadline for submitting music is June 25, 2004.  The deadline for early registration to attend the event is August 6th.  Go to www.midwestmusicsummit.com for more information.  You can submit online and mail it in for $25, or you can submit online with sonicbids for $25.
