Beginning mileage: 89,794
.It's 1:38 P.M. on the final day of the tour, and hundreds of thoughts are rattling around my head, most of them having to do with how amazing this tour has been. I will talk more about that in the tour summary when I get home tonight. Wow, I'll be home tonight..... I love my hometown... The majority of my other thoughts are anticipation for tonight's show. I'm truly excited about it! It is the end of this tour, but it doesn't feel like the end to anything. It honestly feels like the beginning of what will likely be a year of performing more than I ever have...
I'm also happy to see family that I haven't seen in years. I know an aunt and uncle, and likely a couple of cousins on my mom's side of the family will be there tonight. Family is very important to me, so I know tonight will be special even if they're the only ones in attendance. I expect others will be there as well because there have consistently been great fans at my Toledo shows, but I'm not relying on it and I won't be disappointed if they can't make it. I'll just be extra pumped if they do.
More than anything, I'm happy right now. I'm truly living my dream.
---It's 5:41 am. I just got home about an hour ago, and have spent that time finishing up the music video for "Do What You Love." I got the last of the footage I needed from tonight's show. In all, there is footage from 33 shows, 26 venues, and 19 cities. Enjoy!
What a wonderful end to an unbelievably amazing tour! Unfortunately my family members that had been looking forward to seeing me for 2 months were caught in a storm and couldn't make it. I would have loved to see them, but it certainly did not bring me down. The 2 headliners for the night also canceled, so the draw was all on me, and about 10 people came out to see me. I'm definitely happy with that, especially since one of them bought a CD, and more importantly many of them were dancing, singing along to some songs, and just giving the show a great energy! Thank you Mike, Alanna, Ian, Susan, Alex, Pat, and everyone else who came out. We also had a last minute addition to the show. He's a Toledo hip-hop artist named Damn Near Crazy, and he was a lot of fun!
I made $30 from the show as well, and spent $51,14 on gas.
Ending mileage: 90,116. Miles driven: 322. Gas: $51.14. Income: $30.
Onto the tour summary.
